Methods of Payment:

Below are the various methods of payment for all fees at Profectus Academy of Toronto:

  • Bank Draft
  • Money Order
  • Certified Cheque
  • Wire Transfer
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express)

Payment Policy:

In order to fully register and enrol in classes at Profectus Academy of Toronto, all fees and costs for the year of enrollment are due on the Registration Deadline. Registrations close beyond this date and all inquiries must be made directly to the Registrar at: profectusacademyoftoronto@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy for FULL TIME International Students:

International students will be refunded 100% of their tuition with the exception of the Registration Fee which is non-refundable if their Study Permit is declined. In order to process the cancellation, families must send an email to info@profectustoronto.com with a formal request for cancellation. Families must also provide their Letter of Refusal. In the case that a formal email and Letter of Refusal is not provided, Profectus Academy cannot process a refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for PROFECTUS ACADEMY ONLINE

  • Fees for Profectus Academy Online are due in full before the start of the course in order to be enrolled and are non-refundable.
  • Profectus Academy Online courses may be transferred for the same student to another online course before the start of the course for an administrative fee of $150.00.
